- 100 gram White Chocolate Chopped
- ½ cup / 118 ml Whipping Cream
- ½ cup / 120 g Cream Cheese
- 1 tbsp / 8 g Powdered Sugar
- ½ tsp / 3 ml Pure Vanilla Extract
- Pinch Of Salt
Melt The White Chocolate
Place a small pot on the stove over low heat and add ½ cup of chopped white chocolate to it.
Stir the chocolate occasionally until it’s fully melted.
Alternatively, you can microwave the white chocolate in 30-second increments. Stir between each session, microwaving at half power until fully melted.
Prepare The Cream Cheese Mixture
Grab another mixing bowl and add 1/2 cup of cream cheese to it.
Add 1 tbsp of powdered sugar; beat the mixture well with a stand mixer until combined.
Then, add ½ tsp of pure vanilla extract to the cream cheese mixture.
Beat again to mix it well combined.
Mix The Cream Cheese and Chocolate
Whip The Heavy Cream
Take a mixing bowl and pour 1/2 cup of heavy cream into it.
Using an electric beater, beat the whipping cream at high speed until stiff peaks form. Set the cream aside for later use.
Combine Heavy Cream and Chocolate Mixture
Chill, Serve, and Enjoy
Taste the mousse to see if it needs more sweetness. Add 1 or 2 tbsp of powdered sugar if needed.
