Ingredients

  • 100 gram White Chocolate Chopped
  • ½ cup / 118 ml Whipping Cream
  • ½ cup / 120 g Cream Cheese
  • 1 tbsp / 8 g Powdered Sugar
  • ½ tsp / 3 ml Pure Vanilla Extract
  • Pinch Of Salt

Instructions

Melt The White Chocolate

  • Place a small pot on the stove over low heat and add ½ cup of chopped white chocolate to it.
  • Stir the chocolate occasionally until it’s fully melted.
  • Alternatively, you can microwave the white chocolate in 30-second increments. Stir between each session, microwaving at half power until fully melted.

Prepare The Cream Cheese Mixture

  • Grab another mixing bowl and add 1/2 cup of cream cheese to it.
  • Add 1 tbsp of powdered sugar; beat the mixture well with a stand mixer until combined.
  • Then, add ½ tsp of pure vanilla extract to the cream cheese mixture.
  • Beat again to mix it well combined.

Mix The Cream Cheese and Chocolate

  • Pour the white chocolate into the cream cheese mixture.
  • And beat until it’s smooth.

Whip The Heavy Cream

  • Take a mixing bowl and pour 1/2 cup of heavy cream into it.
  • Using an electric beater, beat the whipping cream at high speed until stiff peaks form. Set the cream aside for later use.

Combine Heavy Cream and Chocolate Mixture

  • Carefully fold the whipped cream in using a spatula. You can use the beater to mix instead of the spatula by setting it at the lowest speed.
  • Fold or beat until the mousse is just combined and fluffy.

Chill, Serve, and Enjoy

  • Taste the mousse to see if it needs more sweetness. Add 1 or 2 tbsp of powdered sugar if needed.
  • Divide the mousse into serving cups using a spoon and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  • Garnish the white chocolate mousse with more whipped cream or fresh berries, and enjoy your creamy delight!
