White Balsamic Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • ½ cup / 118 ml Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • ¼ cup / 60 ml White Balsamic Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp / 42 g Honey
  • 1 tsp / 5 g Dijon Mustard
  • ¼ tsp Garlic Powder
  • ¼ tsp Italian Seasoning
  • Salt To Taste
  • Pepper To Taste

Instructions

Add Vinegar and Olive Oil

  • Grab a medium-sized mixing bowl, measure out 1/4 cup of white balsamic vinegar, and pour it into the bowl.
  • Drizzle in 1/2 cup of extra virgin olive oil to blend the flavors.

Mix Honey and Dijon Mustard

  • Pour 2 tbsp of honey into the vinegar mixture to add sweetness.
  • Add 1 tsp of Dijon mustard to the vinegar for flavor.

Season Vinaigrette Dressing

  • Season the vinaigrette with ¼ tsp of dried garlic powder and 1/4 tsp of Italian seasonings(or mixed herbs).
  • Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste to balance the flavor.

Combine Everything, Taste and Adjust

  • Use a small whisk or fork to mix all the ingredients in the bowl.
  • Once the vinaigrette is mixed, taste it to see if it needs more salt, sugar, or seasonings.

Store Or Serve

  • Serve the vinaigrette over your favorite salad or vegetables. You can also use it as a marinade.
  • You can also store it in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
