Peanut Butter Mousse

Ingredients

  • ½ cup / 130 g Peanut Butter Creamy
  • ½ cup / 120 ml Cream Cheese Softened, room temperature
  • 1 cup / 120 g Powdered Sugar
  • 1 cup / 250 ml Heavy Cream

Instructions

Mix Peanut Butter, Cream Cheese and Sugar

  • In a large mixing bowl, measure out 1 cup of creamy peanut butter and add to it.
  • Pour 1 cup of softened cream cheese and 1 cup of powdered sugar into the mixing bowl.
  • Beat the mixture on medium speed until it’s smooth. Set the bowl aside for later use.

Whip The Heavy Cream

  • Pour 1 cup of heavy cream into a separate large mixing bowl.
  • Use a hand mixer or a stand mixer fitted with a whisk attachment to beat the heavy cream. Start with the lowest speed and gradually increase the speed to medium-high.
  • Continue beating the cream until it starts to thicken, which should take around 2-3 minutes.

Gradually Add The Cream

  • Add some of the whipped cream to the peanut butter mixture. Beat with the hand mixer on low speed or use a hand whisk to mix until fully blended.
  • Use a spatula to gently fold in the remaining cream until the mixture is smooth and airy.

Chill, Serve, and Enjoy!

  • Transfer the mousse into ramekins, cocktail glasses or glassware for serving.
  • Cover and refrigerate the peanut butter mousse for at least 30 minutes.
  • Once chilled, serve it as it is, or garnish the mousse with chocolate shavings, crushed peanuts, or whipped cream.
