- ½ cup / 130 g Peanut Butter Creamy
- ½ cup / 120 ml Cream Cheese Softened, room temperature
- 1 cup / 120 g Powdered Sugar
- 1 cup / 250 ml Heavy Cream
Mix Peanut Butter, Cream Cheese and Sugar
In a large mixing bowl, measure out 1 cup of creamy peanut butter and add to it.
Pour 1 cup of softened cream cheese and 1 cup of powdered sugar into the mixing bowl.
Beat the mixture on medium speed until it’s smooth. Set the bowl aside for later use.
Whip The Heavy Cream
Pour 1 cup of heavy cream into a separate large mixing bowl.
Use a hand mixer or a stand mixer fitted with a whisk attachment to beat the heavy cream. Start with the lowest speed and gradually increase the speed to medium-high.
Continue beating the cream until it starts to thicken, which should take around 2-3 minutes.
Gradually Add The Cream
Add some of the whipped cream to the peanut butter mixture. Beat with the hand mixer on low speed or use a hand whisk to mix until fully blended.
Use a spatula to gently fold in the remaining cream until the mixture is smooth and airy.

Transfer the mousse into ramekins, cocktail glasses or glassware for serving.
Cover and refrigerate the peanut butter mousse for at least 30 minutes.
