- ½ cup / 113 g melted butter
- ¾ cup / 150 g white sugar
- ½ cup / 110 g brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp / 5 ml vanilla essence
- ½ cup / 63 g all-purpose flour
- ½ cup / 43 g cocoa powder
- ½ tsp / 3 g salt
- 150 grams / 5 oz semi-sweet dark chocolate
Prepared the Pan
Line a 7×7 square baking pan with parchment paper, grease it with butter, and set it aside for later. Then preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celcius, 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Make Brownies Batter
Take a medium-sized mixing bowl, add 1/2 cup melted butter, 3/4 cup granulated sugar, and 1/2 cup brown sugar, and mix well.
Pour two drops of vanilla essence, crack in 2 large eggs one by one into the bowl, and start whisking. Whisk until a smooth batter forms.
Sieve in ½ cup of all-purpose flour and cocoa powder each into the bowl and mix it lightly using a spatula.
Chop some semi-sweet dark chocolate and mix it in. Set aside.
Bake, Serve, and Enjoy!
Pour the brownie mixer into the prepared pan and spread it evenly. Make sure to tap and flatten the top using a spatula.
Place it in the oven and bake for about 30 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius in a preheated oven.
