FOR THE BASE
- 24 Pieces Oreo
- 4 tbsp / 60 ml Butter Melted
FOR THE FILLING
- 400 Grams Cream cheese Room temperature
- 400 ml Heavy cream
- 1 tsp / 5 ml Vanilla essence
- ½ cup / 100 g Sugar
- 8-10 pieces Oreo
FOR THE TOPPING (OPTIONAL)
Make Oreo Crust
In a ziplock bag, crush the Oreos into fine crumbs (you can also use a food processor to do this step).
Transfer the cookie crumbs into a bowl, add melted butter to that, and mix until well combined.
Now press the cookie crumbs into a 9×9 inch pan lined with parchment paper. Refrigerate for 10 minutes to set while making the filling.
Make Cream Cheese Mixture
Now, place a mixing bowl on a countertop, then take 400 grams of cream cheese into the bowl and beat until smooth.
Then add 400 ml of heavy cream, 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence, and 1/2 cup of Granulated sugar. Beat until everything is well combined.
Garnish, Refrigerate, and Serve
Now, break some Oreos and fold into the filling. Then, pour the filling over the chilled cookie crust and spread it evenly using a spatula.
Then, add some crushed Oreos on top for garnish, but this is optional.
Freeze for 3-4 hours or until set. Once set, cut it into 16 squares/bars and enjoy!
