Ingredients

  • 1 large size Mango
  • 1 medium size Avocado
  • 10-12 Cherry Tomatoes
  • ½ Red Onion
  • 2 Green Chillies
  • 2 tbsp chopped Coriander
  • 1 tbsp / 15 ml Lemon Juice
  • 1 tbsp / 15 ml Olive Oil
  • ¼ tsp / 2 g Salt
  • 1 tsp / 4 g Brown Sugar
  • 1 tbsp / 10 g Chopped Peanuts

Instructions

  • To make this delicious and health-packed fresh Mango Salad, start by peeling and cutting a large mango into cubes. Transfer these into a large mixing bowl and move on to the next ingredient.
  • Slice a medium-sized Avocado into two halves and then further slice them into smaller pieces. Transfer to the bowl.
  • Cut 10-12 cherry tomatoes into halves and add them to the salad bowl. Take half an onion and thinly slice it into juliennes. Transfer to the bowl.
  • Finely chop two green chilies and some fresh coriander. Add them to the mixing bowl as well.
  • Add a dash of lemon on top of the ingredients in the bowl along with olive oil, salt, and brown sugar. Give everything a good mix.
  • Toss the salad, until everything is well combined. Top with some chopped peanuts for an added crunch.
  • Enjoy this refreshing bowl of salad alongside your meals or alone, you are going to love it.
