- 2 pinch Saffron

For Bread Roll
- 5-6 slices White Bread
- Crushed Pistachios
Prepare Mawa
Grab a skillet and place it on the stove on medium-low heat.
Add 1 tbsp of ghee and ½ cup of milk to the skillet. Stir the milk with a spoon.
Add 1 cup of powdered milk to the skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring the mixture with a spoon until the powdered milk dissolves.
Sprinkle sugar, cardamom powder, and heavy cream into the skillet.
Mix everything well and cook for another 1-2 minutes until the mixture reaches your desired consistency. Use a spatula to scoop out the broiler, transfer it to a small bowl, and set it aside.
Prepare Malai Milk
Take a pan and put it on the stove over medium heat.
Add 1 cup of milk and ½ cup of powdered milk into the pan. Stir until the powdered milk dissolves.
Take a small bowl and add 2 pinches of saffron to it.
Take 2 spoonfuls of the mixture from the pan and pour them into the bowl with the saffron. Stir the saffron mixture with a spoon and let the saffron soak in it.
Pour the saffron mixture back into the pan and mix everything well.
Add 2 tbsp of sugar to the pan. Let the milk simmer until it’s reduced to about 1/3rd of its original volume.
Add ½ tsp of kewra water for the finishing touch. Remove the malai milk from the heat, pour it into a container, and let it cool.
Assemble Malai Bread Rolls
Place 5-6 pieces of white bread on a cutting board.
Flatten each piece with the help of a rolling pin and remove the crusts.
Take a generous amount of mawa that you prepared earlier and spread it onto a slice of bread.
Roll up the bread slice firmly so that the mawa filings are wrapped inside.
Place the rolled bread slice on a serving dish.
Repeat the process with all other bread pieces and place them one after another on the serving dish.
Pour the malai milk over the bread slices so that the milk coats the bread evenly.
Garnish, Serve and Enjoy!
