Melt Butter and Saute Garlic
Grab a skillet and put it on the stove over medium heat.
Measure out 3 tbsp of butter and add it to the pan. Let the butter melt completely and stir frequently to prevent burning.
Once the butter melts, add 1 tbsp of minced garlic to the pan. Saute the garlic for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Add Lemon Juice and Chicken Broth
Cut one lemon in half, squeeze 2 tbsp juice from the lemon, and add it to the sauce. Cook the mixture for another 1 minute.
Pour 1/2 cup of chicken broth into the pan and stir to mix everything.
Simmer, Add Heavy Cream, and Season The Sauce
Let the sauce simmer for 2-3 minutes so that it gets reduced and absorb the flavors.
Season the sauce with salt and pepper as needed and 2 tbsp of chopped parsley.
Reduce the heat to medium-low and slowly stir in 1 cup of heavy cream into the pan.
Stir continuously while pouring the heavy cream until it reaches a smooth consistency.
Season the sauce with salt and pepper as needed and 2 tbsp of chopped parsley.
Mix, Serve and Enjoy!
Give the sauce a final stir to mix all the ingredients.
Remove the creamy lemon butter sauce from the heat and serve it over your favorite meat, fish, pasta, or veggie dishes!
