Ingredients

  • 1 Can / 395 g Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • ¼ cup / 59 ml Milk
  • 1 cup / 170 g semi-sweet Chocolate Bar chopped
  • 2 tbsp / 28 g Butter Unsalted
  • 1 tsp / 5 ml Vanilla Extract

Instructions

Mix Condensed Milk and Whole Milk

  • Place a saucepan on the stove over medium heat.
  • Pour 1 cup of sweetened condensed milk into the pot.
  • Then, add 1/4 cup of milk to the pot and stir them to mix thoroughly.

Add Chocolate

  • Add 1 cup of chopped semi-sweet chocolate to the mixture.
  • Stir continuously to melt the chocolate and combine it with the condensed milk mixture.

Blend Butter And Vanilla

  • Take the pot off the heat, and add 2 tablespoons of butter and 1 tsp of vanilla extract to the sauce.
  • Stir thoroughly to blend the vanilla and butter into the mixture until it reaches your desired consistency.

Transfer To Jar and Enjoy!

  • Once the sauce is prepared, carefully pour it into a heatproof mason jar or an airtight container.
  • Store it in the refrigerator and enjoy a creamy, rich hot fudge sauce with your favorite dessert!
