- 1 cup / 238 ml Milk
- ½ cup / 120 ml water
- 2 large Eggs
- 2 tbsp / 24 g Sugar
- ⅛ tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp / 28 g Unsalted butter
- 1 cup / 125 g All purpose flour
Make the Crepe Batter
Add the milk and water to a large jar to make your delicious crepes.
Crack the eggs into the milk and water and add sugar, salt, and melted butter. Whisk well until well combined.
Sieve the all-purpose flour into a mixing bowl and gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ones. Mix everything well.
Let the batter rest in the refrigerator for 1 hour or at least 30 minutes.
Cook the Crepes
Heat some butter in an 8-inch pan or skillet over medium heat.
Once heated, pour a cup of batter into the center of the pan and swirl the batter evenly. Cook on both sides and repeat with the remaining batter.
