  • 1 tbsp / 14 g Butter
  • 1.5 cups / 459 g Condensed Milk
  • 3 cups / 255 g Desiccated Coconut Plus Extra For Rolling
  • Sprinkles Optional

Instructions

Prepare The Coconut Mixture

  • Place a pan on the stove over medium-low heat.
  • Add 1 tbsp of butter to the pan and let it melt.
  • Pour 1.5 cups of condensed milk into the pan,
  • Stir the mixture with a spatula until the butter and the condensed milk are well combined.

Add The Shredded Coconut

  • Add 3 cups of desiccated coconut to the condensed milk mixture.
  • Stir continuously so that the coconut soaks up the milk and firms up slightly.
  • Remove the coconut mixture from the heat and transfer it to a plate.

Shape and Coat The Coconut Balls

  • Take a small portion of the coconut mixture and roll it to form a ball. Use your hands to pat the ball and give it a smooth texture.
  • Place some extra desiccated coconut on a plate.
  • Roll the formed ball in the desiccated coconut until it’s fully coated.
  • Alternatively, you can roll the coconut ball in sprinkles for added color and texture.

Serve and Enjoy!

  • Once all the balls are coated, arrange them on a serving plate.
