- 1 large size Cucumber sliced 1/4 inch thick and halved
- 3 small size Tomatoes quartered
- 1 medium size Ripe avocado cut into small pieces
- ½ Red onion sliced
- 2 tbsp Fresh coriander chopped
- 2 tbsp / 30 ml Fresh lemon juice
- 1 tbsp / 15 ml Olive oil
- ½ tsp / 3 g Salt
- ½ tsp / 1 g Black pepper
Prepare Salad Ingredients
First, slice the cucumber, tomato, avocado, and onion-like half moons or dice them according to your preference.
Add cucumbers, tomatoes, avocado, onion, and coriander to a large bowl.
Make Salad Dressing and Mix
Now, add the lemon juice and olive oil and sprinkle with salt and black pepper to the bowl.
Then, gently mix everything until the dressing coats them together. Do not overmix; otherwise, avocado can be mushy.
