Ingredients

  • 4 slices Bread
  • 2 tbsp / 28 g Butter Softened
  • 2 cloves Garlic Finely chopped
  • 1 Medium Green chili Finely chopped
  • ½ cup / 56 g Mozzarella cheese
  • ½ tsp / 1 g Chili flakes

Instructions

Make Cheese Mixture

  • First, add the finely chopped garlic cloves and the green chili to the softened butter. (you can increase or decrease the amount of the chili according to your preference)
  • Mix them well with the butter.
  • Spread the butter mix on both sides of the bread slices.

Add Chili And Cheese On Toast

  • Now add cheese to the buttered bread slices, making sure the bread slices are covered evenly with cheese.
  • Then sprinkle some chili flakes on top.

Bake The Toast

  • First, Preheat the oven and bake them at 200℃ for about 5 minutes or until they become crispy or golden brown.
  • Alternatively, if you want to make the toast on a stove, place a heavy bottomed pan on low flame and place the bread slices in the pan.
  • Then cover and cook for about 5 minutes or until the cheese melts. By this time, the breads also get toasted properly.
  • Take them out of the oven/pan when done.

Serve and Enjoy!

  • After taking out from the oven or pan, serve immediately.
