- ½ cup / 115 g Salted Butter Softened
- ⅓ cup / 40 g Powdered Sugar
- 1 tsp / 5 ml Vanilla Essence
- 1 cup / 125 g All-Purpose Flour
Whisk Butter and Sugar
Measure out ½ cup of softened salted butter and add it to a mixing bowl.
Pour ⅓ cup of powdered sugar into the bowl.
Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence to the butter and sugar.
Using an electric mixer, beat until the batter is smooth and creamy.
Add Flour Gradually
Take 1 cup of all-purpose flour and add half of it to the cookie batter.
Beat with the electric mixer until there are no dry streaks.
Pour the remaining half of the flour into the batter and beat again until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
Use a spatula to gather all the batter in the middle, pressing and folding until it forms a large dough.
Shape And Bake The Cookies
Grab a baking tray and line it with parchment paper.
Scoop a small portion of the dough using a cookie scoop and take it in your hands.
