Ingredients

  • 1 cup / 300 g Nutella
  • 1 large size / 1 large size Egg room temperature
  • 1 cup / 125 g All-purpose Flour

Preparations!

  • Start by preheating your oven to 350°F or 180°C. Lined baking sheets with parchment paper and greased it with butter.

Mixing wet ingredients

  • In a large mixing bowl combine the cup of Nutella and eggs. Mix these ingredients well until well combined and a silky smooth mixture is formed.

Add the flour

  • Now it’s time to add the dry ingredient all-purpose flour to our Nutella mixture. Don’t add all of the flour at once, add in batches and mix simultaneously. Once mixed, knead a soft dough out of this.

Rolling

  • Scoop out one and a half tablespoons of dough and form equal-sized balls out of it. Place the balls on the lined baking tray, leaving 2 inches of space between each.

Baking

  • Bake these for about 10–12 minutes at 350°F or 180°C in a preheated oven. Check for doneness by looking at the edges, once the cookies are baked perfectly, the edges will appear set but the center will still be good, but don’t worry about it as the cookies will get harder as they cool down.

Serving

  • Once the cookies are baked to perfection, take them out of the oven and let them cool down to room temperature. After they have cooled, remove them from the tray and enjoy.
