- 1 cup / 236 ml Milk
- ½ cup / 125 g Yogurt
- 1 ½ cup / 216 g Strawberries
- 1 medium size Banana
- 2 tbsp / 24 g Sugar
- 2 tbsp / 15 g Powdered Milk
