Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp / 15 ml Olive oil
  • 4 tbsp / 56 g Butter
  • 2 tbsp / 16 g Minced garlic
  • 1 tsp / 2 g Red chili flakes
  • 450 grams / 450 grams Shrimps (peeled and deveined)
  • ½ tsp / 3 g Salt
  • ¼ tsp / ½ g Red chili powder
  • ¼ tsp / ½ g Black pepper (Crushed )
  • 3 tbsp / 45 ml Lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp / g Chopped cilantro

Instructions

  • Take a saucepan, add 1 tbsp of olive oil and 4 tbsp of butter in it and let it melt on medium-high heat
  • Add 2 tbsp of minced garlic and 1 tsp of red chili flakes into the pan and cook it for 1 minute or stir it until the color turns to slightly brown
  • Add 450 grams of peeled and deveined shrimps into it and cook it for 3-5 minutes by stirring it occasionally
  • Add seasonings for taste, ½ tsp of salt, ¼ tsp of red chili powder, ¼ tsp of Crushed black pepper and mix it well
  • Add 4 tbsp of lemon juice and 2 tbsp of chopped cilantro in it and mix it well
  • Your scrumptious dish of spicy garlic shrimps is ready to eat in just 5 minutes. Serve it with and enjoy it with your loved ones.
