- ½ cup / 117.5 g Vegetable stock
- 2-3 tbsp / 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 cup / 238 g Heavy cream
- 2 tbsp / 2 tbsp Chopped parsley
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Take two fillets of salmon fish and clean it all
- Seasoned it with ½ tsp of salt and ½ tsp of black pepper
- Heat the pan with medium flame and add olive oil to it
- Shallow fry the salmon fillets in olive oil with skin side down
- Cook each side of fillet for 3-4 minutes
