Ingredients

For Searing the breast pieces

  • 2 large size / 2 large size Chicken breasts (sliced into halves)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp Paprika Powder
  • 4 tbsp all-purpose flour

For the gravy

  • 4 tbsp cooking oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • ½ cup chicken stock
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ tsp chilli flakes
  • 1 tsp mixed herbs
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • cup sun dried tomatoes
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese
